About this class:
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that emphasizes the connection between breath and movement, with creative transitions and sequencing built around a peak pose.
In this class you will be introduced to or continue your journey with arm balances and inversions. You will explore how the connection between mind and body can build trust and strength. Modifications and progressions are always available so that this practice is accessible to all.
You will improve strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance, and also develop relaxation and stress relief. As it encourages to stay in the present moment, the flow brings a meditative state throughout the practice.
