Our retreat centers is nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps, in the Valais region, in the authentic village of Haute-Nendaz. The experience
Your retreat package includes:
- 4 nights accommodation in a private or shared room
- Daily morning guided breath work and meditation
- Two 90-minute yoga sessions per day
- 1 Arm balance yoga workshop
- 1 Aerial yoga session
- 1 yin yoga session
- 1 Myofascia Release session
- 1 guided forest bathing experience
- Three delicious plant-based meals per day
- Lots of time to enjoy the pool, the gorgeous spa and explore the surrounding nature
