My path to yoga was deeply transformed after experiencing a traumatic accident that changed my perception of life forever. During my recovery, I delved deeper into the profound power of yoga, which helped me regain strength, flexibility and sense of peace.
As a passionate yoga teacher, I am dedicated to guiding others on their journey to empowerment and self-discovery. I incorporate breath and movement into my vinyasa classes, creating a fluid experience that connects body and mind. I also incorporate an arm balance and inversion practice as I believe that doing challenging things brings power and self-confidence. It is about changing your belief of what you think you can do and cannot do, and allow yourself to be surprised, to go beyond limitations and create the reality you want to see for yourself.
I believe that yoga is not just a physical practice but a transformative journey, and I aim to create a safe and supportive environment for those practicing with me.
As the mother of 3 wonderful girls and consultant at the UN, I also pursued a career in the humanitarian sector alongside my yoga practice and teaching.
With more than 500h of certification, I have trained with leading yoga, anatomy and philosophy teachers and can't wait to share my knowledge with you! My classes focus on mindfulness, resilience and empowerment. Whether you are just starting yoga or you are an experienced yogi, I invite you to join me in exploring the enabling power of vinyasa yoga!
